The School of Business Administration at Georgia Southwestern State University was pleased to have Adam Strange, the President and CEO of New Heights Manufacturing, Inc. New Heights is a Georgia Defense Contractor that specializes in the manufacturing of Sky Watch, a one-of-a-kind, portable, manned hydraulic security tower that is used throughout the United States as well as internationally. The New Heights Manufacturing plant is located in Ellaville, GA and its corporate offices are in Atlanta, GA.

     Adam grew up in Ellaville, GA and graduated from Southland Academy in Americus, GA. Adam graduated from Georgia Southwestern State University in 1995 with a BBA in General Business. He started his career with New Heights in 1993 with a sales position and eventually moved on to positions in finance, production and operations. After graduation, Adam moved to Atlanta and opened the corporate offices for New Heights. Since Adam became president of New Heights in 2001, the company has experienced tremendous success and growth in the production and sale of Sky Watch and other products.

    Since 2001 New Heights has grown consistently, expanding the production plant three times as well as adding a plant manager position and a director of sales position. In addition, New Heights has recently opened an Engineering Department and Research and Development Department. New Heights has also grown to triple in sales since 2001.

    Sky Watch is now being heavily used by many U.S. government military installations including the Navy, Army, and Air Force at home and abroad, as well as Border Patrol and numerous other state and local agencies and companies throughout the United States. New Heights has recently moved into international sales with shipments going to Kuwait, Iraq, England, Japan and numerous other countries.

   Outside of his work with New Heights, Adam has developed an interest in Public Speaking and is a past president of the Buckhead Toastmasters Club. He has also competed nationally in the Toastmasters International Speech Contest. Adam's other interests include golf, hunting, fishing, yard work, cooking and reading. In April of 2002, Adam married Kellie Gardner of Albany, GA. He and his wife currently reside in Atlanta, and they are members of North Point Community Church.
