Mr. Ron Rutherford is the founder and President of Integrated Composite Technologies, Inc.  Ron has worked for such companies as Georgia Pacific, MW Windows, Spectrum Systems and Strandex.

He is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the construction materials industry where he has earned a reputation as the "Source for the Latest and Greatest in Materials.  He is deeply concerned about finding ways to utilize our natural resources to their fullest.  By looking for ways to re-use materials he is able to point to innovations that make sense for the future.  He is dedicated to the idea that people are an important part of the environment and that there is pride in working with your hands.  Ron believes that every person has the right to succeed, if they want to.

Ron graduated from Texas State Technical College with a degree in Construction Management in 1975.  Ron is a nationally recognized motivational speaker and lecturer on business success.
